Service Manager
We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on, highly organized individual to lead the Stove/Hearth technician team as the Service Manager. Salary will commensurate with experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Overseeing the Service Department’s daily operations, including the scheduling of service technicians, all inspections, maintenance, repairs and installation of the various types of hearth units.
• Customer Support & Escalation: Serving as the main point of contact for complex service requests. customer comp aints, and troubleshooting calls.
• Ensuring code-compliant installations for gas, wood burning, electric and pellet fireplaces and related venting systems.

Stove Tech Assistant
Due to the immense growth we have experienced this year, we are hiring! We have new equipment, tools and trucks!
- -Full time $18-20 pay range
- -Driver’s license required
- -Ability to pass DOT physical a plus
- -Must be able to lift and maneuver heavy items
- -Must be comfortable on ladders and roof heights
Aid in loading jobs for the day
Assist in moving and setting appliances
Prep area of work as needed
And clean up at days end
